I am rather passionate about Transcend in Meditation because it is very simple and powerful and I have watched it literally change people's lives, right before my eyes.
Unlike other techniques this meditation technique causes the brain to enter Alpha, Theta and Delta waves which are vital for rejuvenation and well being and they assist you in operating across these brain waves throughout the day. These waves occur naturally during sleep which takes 8 hours to create total rejuvenation.
