Transcend in Meditation Techniques - Change your life - Now!

I am rather passionate about Transcend in Meditation because it is very simple and powerful and I have watched it literally change people's lives, right before my eyes.

Unlike other techniques this meditation technique causes the brain to enter Alpha, Theta and Delta waves which are vital for rejuvenation and well being and they assist you in operating across these brain waves throughout the day. These waves occur naturally during sleep which takes 8 hours to create total rejuvenation. You can give yourself a top up any time in just 15 minutes but if you practice regularly you will find you will remain refreshed and alert all day, every day.

As the name implies, as you meditate you transcend or rise above mundane matters to a higher version of yourself where all things are possible. When you transcend all the chatter, the minor details of life are still there, however, you can deal with things as and when required and not feel overwhelmed or pulled off centre by anything.

By practicing Transcend in Meditation you will be able to see the bigger picture of your life and deal with the bits that need attention as and when you have to. This helps you to stop worrying about things that have yet to happen or may never happen because you have shifted your vibration and focus. There is no need to clear your mind or struggle with your thoughts. Transcend in Meditation is easy and safe. I incorporate other techniques which enhance the quality of your life and make you more efficient and balanced all day.

You can meditate anywhere, even in transit at the airport.

I teach Transcend in Meditation Techniques over four weekly lessons of 1 hour. Ongoing practice involves two 15 - 20 minute meditations per day for optimum benefits.

Relaxation Using Breathing Techniques and Meditative Hypnosis

 

Breath is your Life Force and that is why breathing techniques will enhance you health and wellbeing in many ways. The aim of this form of relaxation and meditation is to change the brain and body chemistry through certain breathing techniques.

In addition to this I use meditative hypnotherapy to take you into a very deep state of relaxation. This can be used to help you resolve life issues such as anxiety and addictive habits such as smoking or it can be used to raise levels of happiness and contentment. Sometimes people have trouble meditating so a little hypnotherapy helps them on their way. Meditative hypnotherapy does not just feed auto suggestion, it takes you to a much deeper level to enable healing to occur.

There are no set courses for these techniques, I conduct private sessions at a cost of $100.00 for the hour.

In 1986 was lucky enough to take a yoga course with Sophie Brandjes, whom, it turned out, was a bit of a yoga guru back then. It was hatha yoga which was based on the breath and the meditation afterwards always had us giggling our heads off with pure bliss. Since then I have studied and practiced many forms of meditation and began teaching others in 1994.

I believe meditation can help most people and have several techniques which help to make meditation easier and more effective. My technique Transcending Meditation is very simple and also great for time poor people as it takes just 15 to 20 minutes and can be practiced pretty well everywhere.

As well as developing greater mindfulness and tranquility you will also receive personal insights which will help you to make your life better.

I sometimes take the meditation at the Cairns Spiritual Centre, 1/194 Spence Street Cairns on Saturdays at 12.00 noon. Cost of $5.00 proceeds go to the Centre
